Business Case Development
Much of our work here falls under the term “Rapid Business Reviews” Usually, there is an event that causes this to need doing. We quickly need to understand current operational performance, what makes for success and failure, and then provide quick implementation recommendations. The duration of these assignments is usually short, though the follow-on is often quite long.
